By accessing or using this website, or by requesting early access to ZapiFI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit an early access request.
2. Early access and beta features
During the early access phase, ZapiFI is provided on a limited, pilot basis. Features may change, be added or removed at any time, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued without notice.
Separate terms or agreements may apply to specific pilots or proof-of-concept projects. In case of conflict, those specific terms take precedence over these general Terms.
3. Use of the service
You agree that you will not:
- Use the website or service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems, accounts or data.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code or models, except where permitted by law.
- Upload content that infringes the rights of others or contains malicious code.
4. Intellectual property
ZapiFI, including its name, logo, design, software, documentation and underlying models, is owned or licensed by us and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in ZapiFI or its components.
5. Confidentiality and customer data
If you participate in a pilot and share financial documents or other confidential information with us, we will treat that data in accordance with the applicable agreement between us and you (or your organisation). In general, we process customer data only to provide and improve the service for that customer.
6. No warranties
The website and early access service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the website or early access service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you continue to use the website or participate in the early access program after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
